I'm growing arugula, chards, kales, dandelion greens, Collard greens, and a variety of herbs. I'd be happy to exchange for other vegetables, herbs I'm not growing. I also make the best brownies around, and a (mostly) whole grain sourdough. I can always use grapefruits, oranges, apples. I make 10 lunches every Sunday for Hang Out, Do Good, and I always need fruit for the lunches.
By profession, I'm a yoga instructor and teach various classes throughout the week. I teach in the Anusara tradition, a style based on alignment, community and a sense of play. For those with hip/knee/wrist issues, I teach 2 chair/standing classes a week. They are not strictly limited to sitting poses, but one does not need to get down on the floor. They are challenging classes. In addition, I teach a fundamentals class, a few level 1/2 classes and a weekly level 2 class. (Currently all are virtual, and I provide detailed and individual instruction.)
