I have done solo trips to every continent and would be happy to share any tips I have learned along the way.
When I travel, I always taste as much food that reflects the local terroir, especially wine, cheese, coffee, and cocoa.
I am passionate about eating local and meeting diverse people. I love talking to others and believe everyone has something to share from which I can learn.
I have dabbled a bit in "healthy" substitutions in cooking and love to encourage anyone who is willing to try cooking and make it a fun adventure. It is my creative outlet and I have found lots of ways to make eating healthy without sacrificing flavor! This is especially true for desserts and sweets.
