Homemade Italian Bread! Crusty on the inside, soft and airy on the outside. Made with only 4 ingredients: flour, water, yeast, and salt. After the 2nd day (if you haven't eaten it all), you MUST put it in the fridge - there are no preservatives in it, unlike the bread you buy at the store, so it won't last on the counter after the first 2-3 days.
