Hello Galora community, my name is Christopher, I’m 14 years old and a freshman at Lowell High School. For the past 3 years I’ve spent countless hours perfecting the art of making sourdough bread. I’ve sold over 500 loaves of freshly baked sourdough bread to both friends and families, as well as have donated some to local fire and police departments.
After years of experience I want to take this baking adventure to the next level by selling my work to the Richmond community. I guarantee you that your purchase of 1 or 2 of this hot and fresh loaf of bread straight out of the oven will start your day just right!
If you are interested in purchasing a loaf here are some guidelines you will have to follow:
-I will be selling 8 loaves of bread every Wednesday and Saturday at $7 per loaf
Delivery (only within SF Richmond District) is $1. Delivery charge waived if provided valid explanation(s)
-Orders can be made by private messaging this Galora account (Chris_Gee)
-Payment information and method will be provided upon your order
-Wednesdays and Saturdays will be the only days for pickup or delivery of the bread(address will be provided upon order)
**Pickup times will be from 9:00-9:30 am
**Delivery times will be from 9:30-10:00 am (ONLY within Richmond district)
About my sourdough: My sourdough is cultured by a starter I made in the fall of 2017 all from scratch just by using the natural air sourced from different places in the Richmond district. Each loaf of bread weighs approximately 1.25 lbs. Ingredients are completely organic using only Giusto’s baker series All-purpose flour, Bread flour, Whole Wheat flour, and Dark Rye flour.
