March 21, 2021 at 5:16 pmI was lucky enough to enjoy some of Marisol’s sourdough foccaccia when we traded for some of my backyard fruits.
She asked me what I wanted and she made a foccaccia with herbs de provence. It was really big, and i cut it up and shared it with some of my friends during a dinner that night. They have all traveled to europe and know what real foccaccia should taste like and they were all impressed.
Very happy to have such a great baker on Galora!
