Hi, I offer yoga classes in exchange for a bag of fruit or veggies.
I offer a beginner friendly yoga class & have mats available for use if you don’t have one. This is great if you haven’t already tried yoga or don’t have the money to give it a try.
I use this bag of fruit not only for myself but to also share in my community (Shelton).
